The yoga pose posting is great - thank you Katherine! 

I want to print a copy to use off line but I’ve had no success with regular printer or PDF.  For some reason only the first 3 print either way.

Others may be having this issue too!

Can the full document be sent by e-mail or posted as a PDF download?

Excellent ...

I was able to print the full document from this site using, Ctrl p, on my keyboard.

No problems printing and thank you for such great stuff. I would recommend older/less fit folks not start with number one (I always save upward facing dog especially for later) but work up to it by doing some of the other excercises first or simply warming up before.

What are your thoughts?
