We have created this security and privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

We ensure a secure on-line credit card transaction with the most advanced technology and respect your personal privacy.

We will never release your name, street address, telephone number or e-mail address without your consent. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.

You may place your order over the phone at 828-252-9828 during customer service hours: Monday through Friday from 9am-3:00pm ET. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Terms of Service for ChiRunning® School
Enroll today and lock in your price for two years. Your credit card will be billed immediately after you enroll (unless you replied to a free trial offer, in which case it will be billed upon the completion of the free-trial) and monthly or yearly thereafter, depending on which subscription option you chose.

ChiRunning School Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. After 30-days and once your credit card is billed after 30 days, you cannot be refunded for that month or past months, or that year or past years. You can cancel anytime. Simply log in to your account, go to your account page and cancel. Keep any audio companions you have downloaded. If you cancel, you will immediately lose access to the ChiRunning School page and materials.

Information We Collect
In designing our website, we started with the simple belief that customer service is our number one priority. Therefore the customer information we collect is used to enhance our services to you, our customer. Specific areas from which we collect data include: membership, free e-mail newsletters and purchase history.

Sharing of Information
ChiLiving protects account information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless the customer has authorized us to or we are legally required to do so. Additionally, we do not share the buying habits of individual consumers. We may share aggregate customer data with selected manufacturers and advertising partners. Promotional emails only go out to customers who have indicated they wish to receive them and customers may elect at any time not to receive any further emails.

Third Party Intermediaries
To complete credit card transactions, ChiLiving provides the following member information, using secure communications, to WorldPay and PayFlowPro, the intermediary credit card processing companies we use: name, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and the amount of the transaction. ChiLiving shares shipping information with intermediary shipping companies including but not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL.

Notification of Changes
In the event that ChiLiving should change its privacy practices or start using member information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will send an email to our members notifying them of the changes, explaining the reasons and allowing them the opportunity to accept the changed policy, or demand exemption from it.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with all product purchased (except those listed below) at ChiLiving.com, ChiRunning.com or ChiWalking.com you can return it within 30 days. We will reimburse you for the full price of the product you ordered, provided the item(s) purchased are returned in the quality in which they were sold. All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to- sell condition (including all original packaging, products, and paperwork) to receive a refund. Product Exemptions: We do not refund downloadable titles such as downloadable DVDs. We do not issue refunds on any services (workshops, retreats, etc) once they have been provided.

Returns
Returns must be approved with return authorization, obtained by calling or emailing customerservice@chiliving.com. If the products you return are in a condition other than “new” we will issue a refund in the amount we feel is appropriate based on the condition of the materials. When making a return, make sure to include the order invoice (or a copy of the invoice) that came with your order. In the event that a refund is being issued, it will be credited to the same payment method that you initially used to pay for the item.

Refunds may take 1-2 weeks from the receipt of the return to post to your account.

We are happy to exchange items for you.

If we made a mistake in what was shipped to you or if the item is defective then we will exchange the item(s) or refund you for the full cost of the incorrect/defective product (including shipping and sales tax).
