Suggested Additional Training Tools and Resources:
Anatomy Reference Books:
We highly recommend having a good anatomy book, as there will be a few anatomy questions on the practical exam. Some recommendations:
Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier
The Anatomy of Movement by Blandine Calais-Germain
Pelvic Power for Men and Women by Eric FranklinTestCamera:
We highly recommend investing in a camera with video capability. Most digital cameras come with this option. We recommend using this throughout your preparation for your training, and bringing it to the CRCWIT.
