|Crisp lettuce||1 med. head|
|Cucumber||1 sm., peeled, seeded and sliced|
|Carrot||1 med., shredded|
|Bell pepper||1 sm., thinly sliced|
|Papaya or Mango||1, thinly sliced|
|Potatoes||2 med., boiled and sliced|
|Ripe tomatoes||2 med., bite-size|
|Hardboiled eggs||4-6, wedged|
|Cilantro, mint, basil, coriander||Pinch to small handful, to taste|
|Lime or lemon||Sliced, to taste|
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle delicious, exotic dressing.
