Milk & Cocoa Recovery Drink
We've heard from lots of people that chocolate milk is their go-to post-LSD run/walk drink. However, we want to be sure it's a healthy version! The milk and cocoa drink recipe below includes ingredients that contain the right amount of antioxidants, minerals, proteins and carbs - feel free to mix in other ingredients to create your own perfect post-run/walk drink.
|Almond milk or organic whole milk||1 cup|
|Organic almond butter or peanut butter||1/4 cup|
|Cocoa powder||1 Tbs.|
|Chia seeds or ground flaxseed||1 tsp.|
Blend all ingredients together.
