Garlic Lover’s Roasted Cauliflower

A delicious cauliflower treat for those who really, truly love garlic. Not a fan? Simply omit the garlic, and you've still got tasty, roasted cauliflower!

Ingredients Amount
Cauliflower heads 2
Garlic 10-12 cloves
Olive oil 5-6 Tbsp
Sea salt 3/4 tsp
Oregano, dried 1/s tsp
Basil, dried 1/2 tsp

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Chop the heads of cauliflower into two inch florets.

3. Toss the florets, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, oregano, and basil in a bowl until florets are evenly coated.

4. Transfer evenly coated florets to a baking dish or parchment lined cookie sheet.

5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
