Ken Henningfeld
I have been a runner for more than forty years, including my time as a competitive runner in both high school and college. I later coached cross country and track for twelve years at Adrian High School in Adrian, Michigan, where I also taught mathematics for thirty-three years. After my retirement in 2006, I trained with Danny Dreyer and received my ChiRunning certification. Working with runners to help them improve their ChiRunning skills draws on my love of both teaching and running. I thoroughly enjoy the experience.

We will be taking a lunch break from Noon to 1pm. Many runners bring there own sac lunch. If you wish to buy your lunch, there is a sandwich shop and a soup shop next to our location.

This event is for any of my former clients that want a video analysis of their Chi Running or Chi Walking technique. Come to Tortoise and Hare and I will video you in the back parking lot. Then return to the store for a quick analysis. It shouldn’t take more than fifteen minutes. It is free, would love to see you again, and hear how your Chi Running or Chi Walking is progressing.
