Come to the French Alps for a unique blend of Chi Running, Yoga and Mindfulness, set in a relaxing venue designed specifically for runners.
Learn to focus your mind and body. The week will bring together a range of approaches as you learn techniques that will help you develop a mindful and relaxed approach to exercise and to your whole life.
This very special, one week holiday is open to those new to Chi Running or indeed to running at all. It is similarly suitable for experienced runners / Chi Runners or those wanting to learn advanced Chi Running techniques (see Chi Running FAQs to find out more). In the same way, no experience of yoga or mindfulness is required or expected, just a willing approach. Your teachers will seek to adapt their approach and deliver a flexible, bespoke week of teaching tailored to your requirements.
