I have been practicing chirunning and chiwalking since 2010. I was an avid runner during my younger days but picked up too much injuries over the years and was about to give up running all together until I was introduced to chirunning. Now not only do I continue running pain free, I am a regular runner in the Malaysian marathon events and I am confident I will be running for many more years to come! I took up the challenge of a certified chirunning instructor because I know there are people out there who can benefit from this most wonderful and simple exercise of running as I have.
