“Danny’s Chi Running bumped into me at the library while browsing through the video section. A few years earlier I had knee surgery to repair a torn ACL (a consequence of starting soccer in my 40’s). Running has always been my cardio exercise of choice. I could still run thanks to a good surgeon but I was starting to wonder for how long. I watched the video and was hooked. I have been practicing Chi Running and Chi Walking ever since.
“My goal to become a certified instructor happened while researching for my A.F.T. class presentation entitled Chi Walking, the perfect gateway activity to fitness recovery.”
Chris is available for group or individual instruction.
