I have not had the opportunity to run with a jogger (since mine are teenagers), but the principles of ChiRunning should apply: keep your stride short and quick, lean from the ankles with a tall posture, let your heels lift out the back without pushoff. Tthe major difference is going to come in the arm swing, as clearly you need to keep a hand on or close to the jogger. This will prevent at lest that arm from swinging freely from the shoulder socket, as it will be foward tending to the jogger. Be mindful of this and don’t let the foot come forward with it. Try switching off hands on the jogger to avoid becoming lopsided.
Running with the jogger is going to be similar to treadmill running in some ways, such as perhaps making you want to straighten up rather than lean into the jogger. Resist the urge to go upright, keep your lean with your core strong and you and your baby should have a great time out on your run! Hope that helps.
