Hi,
I am training to run a marathon in September, Istarted running after attending one of Danny’s sessions held at our fitness centre.
I found out that after running 2.5 to 3miles, tightness around the left groin kicks-in,Then I start walking it feels better, I run only once or twice a week, I am doing Cardio to keep the heart rate,I am also doing groin streches. It has been 6 weeks now and the injury is the same (neither improved nor gotten worse).
Please help!
