I keep hearing new ideas concerning running technique. With Chirunning you are supposed to keep your knees down and your feet up. I have been hearing ideas coming from the “Natural” technique. There are many similarities between “Natural Running” and Chirunning. One difference that I see is that “Natural Running” uses your downward power of your legs from the max knee height to your foot hitting the ground, which creates a “spring” reaction causing the knee to fold (“free energy”). And the faster that you go the more force that you apply and higher your feet travel (increased stride length). Please comment.
