My husband and I are signed up for the Army Ten Miler in mid-October. We took the Chi-running workshop a couple of years ago, albeit we never became serious runners. We have decided to use the Chi running program to train for this event. Since there was not an option for a 10 mile training program, the advice we were given was to get the half marathon for beginners package.
My question is do we stick with this program or adjust it for the 10 miles we will actually be running. At first glance, running 3 miles for our first LSD seems daunting.
