Hi, I am following chi running for last three months. I am giving my best to learn the basics of chi running.
Last Sunday I ran to find out my current cadence. I ran 10 KM with constant 180 bpm(90 beats per minute for each leg) cadence with a metronome . Maintaining 180 bpm on slow pace was little tough , but at faster pace I felt 180 bpm was perfect.
Is it advisable to increase my cadence? I am a 5 feet 2 inch man, so I have shorter legs. To increase my pace Should I plan to increase my cadence?. Or I should practice more lean and more longer strides ?
