I just wanted to say that for those coming on to this web page and forum that I really do recommend the Chi running/ Chi walking DVD combo, it touches base with everything you need to know about the Chi running /walking Techniques… they are so simple to learn, and not complicated either… but you do have to keep practicing the focuses and over time they will be come a part of your running and walking routine!
I’m still learning but I have felt improvements, it’s still taking time, but it’s something that you can not let it intimidate you just keep going, keep working with the focuses and I know that for me, they will become a part of my running and walking technique.
Currently the bad weather is closing in on us here in the Midwest… I’m hoping that tomorrow, Saturday’s weather will hold for a short run in mid morning when the temps are 32 degrees. I think that I have gotten bit by the chi running bug LOL! I am more motivated to look forward to my running workouts.
But I will be signing up for a local 10k group training for a Race that will be on March 30th. though the groups won’t be teaching Chi running, I’m sure I will be spreading the word to my group about the Chi running and where they can learn more about it! Have a Great new Year, everyone!
