I started running some months ago, and already did some 10k “competitions”.
I found chirunning very interesting and would like to start learning it.
Where should I start?
The iOS App? The Book+DVD? An online training program?
They all look interesting. Are all the same in a different format, or there is an order to follow?
My current goals are to run every week just for the pleasure of running, and without injuries (sometimes I have some it band problems).
And also do some 10k competitions.
