Hello all. I’m transitioning out of MMA to Triathlons. Did two Olympics this year. But want to train for 70.3 or full Ironman next summer. Have the Chi running book and DVD (which I used with great success so far). Looking at the 24wk training program for marathon, but confused about what to buy:
1) Chi Marathon Book
2) eChi Training Beginner Marathon (or intermediate)
3) ChiRunning Pain-free Beginner Marathon Training Program (or intermediate)
Do I need all three of these? Also if I can ‘easily’ run a 10k (it’s not that easy but you know what I mean) would you recommend the 24wk or the 20wk training course. My thought was long and slower is ‘better’ but not sure.
