I just had my first two hour chiwalking lesson on Friday in NYC I’m very excited to do this. I still have a lot of question but I guess practice is the best advice I could give my self.
I’m some what getting addicted to align my self and check my posture. It’s making me sore in my lower back to an extent. I think I read that these feeling will be normal in the beginning since i’m used to sit with a hunch in my back? I still need to find the relaxing/chi part of this. And also learn how to walk the right way with getting my feet off the ground.
I see this is not a very active thread, and for some reason my previous post vanish. But I appreciate any input I can get.
