can anyone offer any advice or tips?
i’ve been running for a while chi running but just realised that not only do i reach forward with my right foot but that I slap. Thanks to all that I’ve had reoccuring PF.
When I try to swing like a chandelier from my T12/L1 i overstride forward so land on my heel.
When i try to keep my stride shortt and have feet land behind me i slap.
when I try the circle I find it feels free when I bring my knees forward but then at the end of the run my knees are not happy..
when I try and keep my knees down and create the circle behind me it feels like I’m heavy and having to use my legs more and it becomes all about landing.
By creating that circle movement it definately makes my PF on right foot feel happier but Im still not sure i’m doing it right.
I’m quite tall and i really struggle to make my stride short.
