I’m new to the ChiRunning, but have ran off and on my adult life! I had the privilege of living in Hawaii because my husband was stationed there in the USMC. My running was at an all time high with triathlons 5k’s, 10k’s and a half marathon. Unfortunately my body wasn’t very happy .... almost a year of suffering with Plantars and after moving to VA painful hip bursitis.
I put running on hold for a year (After signing up for the Marine Corps Marathon and having to not run it…) to give my poor hip a break. Now I’m back to running after reading the ChiRunning and I was doing fantastic!! Until….I ran 4 miles last week and surprise my bursitis came back again. Up until then I was feeling great!
Does anyone have any helpful suggestions on how to make this better?? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
