Can anyone help me with small problem. When I run, leaning, allowing my legs to land out behind me I find my right foot kicks out to the side which in turn is causing irritation on my knee and pf. If I try and visualise lining my feet up against a white line on road (always concentrating on the lift not land phase) I find I land too hard on the back of my heel which then starts speaking to me!!
Is there any advice you can give me to try and elimate that natural kick out when I lift my foot?
