I’m new to chirunning, just finished the book and CD. I’ve had about 2 weeks worth of actual runs while practicing the new methods. I am running Mon, Wed, Sat, currently working on keeping my heart rate at 60-75% and trying to learn the chirunning method.
Does anyone have any thoughts on using Elliptical trainers on my non-run days for aerobic/weight loss? My legs don’t seem to be tired, I’m just wanting to drop some weight and build the cardio. However I don’t want the elliptical to impact my form that I am trying to learn.
