Hello everyone,
I recently discovered ChiRunning and it has really helped my running. I decided to pick up ChiWalking to see if it can help with my Ruck Marches (for those who are not familiar with the term it’s marching at a fast pace with huge backpack). I am having trouble ChiWalking with with the rucksack on. My main issues right now are maintaing my column and engaging pelvic rotation (probably due to not being able to hold my column). Does anyone have any experience ChiWalking with heavy loads? Thank you so much for the help!
