Hello!
I started Chi Running back in Sept. and I just love it! I am not sure if I am doing it correctly so am booked in a full-day workshp in BC this June. I am a new runner, aged 58. Now that snowy, icey winter weather is here in Ont. I do not feel comfortable going out. For example today it is -24 . I live in a rural area so it is dangerous to run along the road in these conditions. I am afraid I will lose the level I have worked up to. Can you suggest anything I can do to keep up my level. I do walk my dog twice everyday and swim 3x week. Are there exercises or strategies you can suggest so I am not starting at sqaure one this spring??????
