Hello! I’ve just finished my first 1/2 marathon, training with Chi e-program for beginner half marathon-it was great! There are few things I wish would be different with the e-training, but I am considering taking another e-training for my next race. My question is: I will be training for a 30k race on March 24, 2013. What would be the best program to follow, if Chi offers anything suitable for this distance? I am not planning to train for a full marathon for another year at least. Thank you!
