I believe I am suffering from an aggravated tendon on the top outside of my right foot! This is a self diagnosis based on the symptoms. The top outside of my foot is tender to the touch and hurts after I run. It feels sore all day and gets worse if i walk or stand too long. I can do non-impact exercises and it doesn’t get worse.
From what I can tell, it may be caused by my toes on that foot tensing up when I step down. Could there be another cause? Any advice? Sometimes the inside ankle on that foot is also sore after a run. Could both issues be from the same toe problem?
