Hi, I just finished my first 1/2 marathon after taking the Chi running class in Sept which was awesome. I would like to enter another in 2 weeks and realize not to push and run for time..just wondering what kind of milage you would suggest for my runs ...should I follow the chirunning marathon book again for the last 2 weeks?..Also I used my metronome the whole time and loved it. I kept it at 175 and felt relaxed. I know most of the things I read say 180. Should I strive bring the cadance up over the next year or months…
