Hi, I am pretty new to ChiRunning. I started practicing the technique about 3 weeks ago. I just recently purchased a jogging stroller to give me a little more flexibility as far as when I can run. However, I took it out this morning for the first time and it just felt awful. I had a really hard time focusing on my form and my legs got tired really fast. <!—s:(—>/images/smileys/sad.gif<!—s:(—>
