Medical Advisory Board
Our Medical Advisory Board (MAB) is a panel of health care professionals who agree with and approve of the Chi Running and Chi Walking methods of movement. Our board members are familiar with Chi Running and Chi Walking, use the techniques themselves, and in many cases, "prescribe" our movement techniques to their patients to reduce pain, prevent surgery and maintain mobility. Read the bios of our MAB panel members here.
